Does everyone need the KINVOYA app?
For live location and device alerts, each participating family member needs the KINVOYA app on a compatible smartphone and must choose to join the family circle.
Can I cancel during the free trial?
Yes. You can cancel during the 7-day trial before the first charge. There is no long-term contract.
Is my family’s information private?
Family circles are invitation-only. Family members control location sharing, and safety information is visible only to approved circle members.
What is included in the annual plan?
The annual plan includes the same Essential features as the monthly plan for $89.99 per year, saving about $30 compared with paying monthly for 12 months.
Does KINVOYA replace 911?
